
<p>The owner of 35 businesses in Baldwinsville has his crown jewel Mohegan Manor shining in the town’s heart, but his work-worn shoes reveal his true story: he buys broken buildings and gives them life. Some love him, others curse him, but even he feels the weight of an empty room. </p>


"Who am I? Well, I am a lot of things. Businessman, Restaurant owner, blah blah blah. But I am also known as the worst shoe dresser in Baldswile." says Dennis Sick, a man who owns 35 businesses but is never too proud to kneel in the dirt.

Mohegan Manor Restaurant and Banquet facilities has been serving the community for 35 years. It is a beloved local establishment.

Dennis buys broken buildings and breathes life into them, brick by brick.

Dennis says, "One day, I was just walking on the street. I also saw a place that serves Boy Scouts events. I walked in and bought that place within ten minutes. That place is where we are standing now."

As a businessman managing 35 businesses, Dennis is never without his phone.

Dennis is showing the wedding venues on the second and third floors of Mohegan Manor to a couple preparing for their upcoming wedding.

Dennis also has a habit of rescuing abandoned trucks.

Dennis looks towards the sunset on one of his properties where he is building a new house on his own.
