After being told, “You look like an angry head of garlic,” Jeff Rogers knew his restaurant’s name. Every dish on The Angry Garlic’s menu includes garlic. Many of the staff have worked there for over five years, building relationships with customers, remembering their names, orders, and catching up with their lives.
